Project introduction:

The three-comprehensive test is a comprehensive test that simultaneously applies three environmental stresses: temperature, humidity and vibration. The effect of the comprehensive environment can reflect the performance of the product in field service more realistically and more practically, and can expose the defects of the product deeply.

Applying a single environmental stress to the product can trigger product failures, so applying three different environmental stresses to the product can easily get 3-5 times more acceleration. At the same time, through combining different environmental stresses can stimulate failures which cannot occur when individual stresses are applied.

When performing a comprehensive test in which three stresses of temperature, humidity, and vibration are applied simultaneously, from the perspective of the mechanism of failure, the inside of the product undergoing temperature cycling expands and contracts due to the difference in the material expansion coefficient, and loosens at the joint. At this time, if humidity is applied, moisture will penetrate through the gap, reducing the friction coefficient of the joint and the joint. Then when vibration stress is applied, the resonance phenomenon of the product will still occur relative to a specific frequency. Through the repeated process of movement, moisture absorption, freezing and resonance, enables the emergence of new failure modes (caused by the greatly accelerated single factor failure mode and the combined effect of the three factors). It can simulate temperature and humidity environment.
