Applying a single environmental stress to the product can trigger product failures, so applying three different environmental stresses to the product can easily get 3-5 times more acceleration. At the same time, through combining different environmental stresses can stimulate failures which cannot occur when individual stresses are applied.


When performing a comprehensive test in which three stresses of temperature, humidity, and vibration are applied simultaneously, from the perspective of the mechanism of failure, the inside of the product undergoing temperature cycling expands and contracts due to the difference in the material expansion coefficient, and loosens at the joint. At this time, if humidity is applied, moisture will penetrate through the gap, reducing the friction coefficient of the joint and the joint.
