Royal Decree No. 110/2015 on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE RD) was issued adapting Spanish regulations to Directive 2012/19/EU and Act No. 22/2011 on Waste and Contaminated Soil . The purpose of this Royal Decree is to reduce the generation of WEEE and batteries and to promote the prevention, reuse and valuation of electrical equipment, batteries and accumulators through the proper management of control measures for electrical equipment, batteries and accumulators in an effort to avoid harm to health negative impact on the environment. 1. Report once every quarter. Before the 20th of the next month of the previous quarter, such as April 20, report the sales data from January to March. 2. After the declaration is completed, the producer will receive a bill from the recycling company, and the producer must pay the recycling fee on a quarterly basis;
